At the Wellness Centre Pilates instructors are qualified studio pilates teachers with a focus on incorporating Mindful Movement into their classes. This is done by using focused and precise exercises to help your body learn (or re-learn) how to move at its best and minimise pain. You will be assisted in your class by hands on adjustments as needed and there is an opportunity for small group work as well as 1:1 sessions.

Clinical Pilates is most effective when prescribed by a physiotherapist as they are best placed to identify which exercises are safe for your body, ensuring the techniques are correctly performed and that you achieve the optimal results.
We offer a variety of small group and 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions utilising our state of the art equipment including trapeze tables, reformer beds, Wunda chairs and much more. These pieces of equipment actually enhance your Pilates experience and allow you to get the most out of your workout. They also enable us to assess your alignment, posture and body movements which is a key component of the Pilates method of exercise.
